Dealer Days 2019

The second edition of the “Dealer Days” was held Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 February, two days of in-depth information, experiences, studies and challenges shared with our retailers, who came to the Pesaro Campus from all over the world.

The event was a unique opportunity to discuss the evolution of our commercial strategy, the new Sales & Intelligence and Marketing & Communication strategies, and our partners' success stories with our retailers, in order to act with a united vision on the global market.

The training programme for the day started with the strategic vision of the Biesse, presented by Federico Broccoli, Subsidiaries Division Director and Wood Division Director/Sales and with a speech by Claudia Taddei, Sales Intelligence & CRM Manager, who used real life cases to illustrate the importance of Sales Intelligence for planning a suitable and successful commercial strategy.

The second day was opened by Gianluca Ticchi, Trade Sales Director, who presented the new strategic vision for the Trade world, and by Massimiliano Basile, Trade Marketing Manager, who illustrated the new Marketing and Communication strategy. Another key moment was the presentation of the Marketing Automation project. The second day also included case history presentations for some of our retailers in Sweden, Finland and Serbia, to name a few, and the presentation of a new strategic approach for the world of Plastics, presented by Mirco Anselmi, Regional Sales Manager Italia and Matteo Nazionale Business Manager Plast and Advanced Materials.

The second and final day was brought to a close by Federico Broccoli, Subsidiaries Division Director and Wood Division Director/Sales, who thanked participants reminding them of the mission that unites Biesse and its strategic partners: to grow together and become even stronger, with an increasingly 2.0 business mindset.
