The 5-axis operating section, equipped with 13 kW HSD spindle and with 360° continuous rotation on the vertical and horizontal axes, enables the machining of complex-shaped pieces ensuring quality, precision and absolute reliability over time.

Full workability with large panels
The rigid structure of the machine and the width of the Y axis allows users to machine panel widths of up to 2230 mm with all available tools. Choose from a comprehensive range of bed sizes to facilitate the machining of all panel sizes.
Reduced tool changeover time
The Biesse work table is guaranteed to hold the work piece securely and ensures quick and easy changeover of pod and clamps. The machine can house up to 91 aggregates and tools.

Set Up Assistance

Il piano di lavoro a posizionamento assistito suggerisce all’operatore come sistemare il pannello (indicando la posizione di piani di lavoro e dei sistemi di bloccaggio) e tutela l’area di lavoro da eventuali collisioni con l’utensile.

Electronic Positioning System

EPS permette di riconfigurare automaticamente l’intera area di lavoro in tempi rapidi. Posiziona i piani ed i carrelli tramite motorizzazioni indipendenti, quindi senza impegnare l’unità operatrice. Il posizionamento di piani e carrelli di un’area viene eseguito in tempo mascherato mentre la macchina lavora sull’area opposta.
