The AirForce system (hot air edge banding) allows companies to take advantage of the ecological benefits given by the excellent offer from laser edges with invisible glue wire. Hot air Edgebanding emits compressed air at a very high temperature from a special nozzle directly onto the reactive layer of the laser edge, thus activating the layer and welding the edge to the substrate. The installation of the new Roxyl with the AirForce system will provide a product of exceptional quality, as well as helping to increase production speed.
