Health Insurance
We sponsor a complete health plan including medical, vision, dental and prescription drug coverage. The cost of this benefit is paid by Biesse and eligibility begins sixty days after employment.
401(k) Plan
We match 50% of the employee's first 5% of contributions to a 401(k) profit sharing retirement plan.
Vacation, Personal and Sick Days
All full-time employees receive paid holidays, along with sick time and up to 10 vacation days the first year. Vacation increases to 15 days after five years of service.
Tuition Reimbursement
All full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement for job related education.
Life Insurance
We sponsor a life insurance plan, paid for by Biesse. Eligibility for this benefit begins after one full month of employment.
