I have in-depth experience with all kinds of woodworking solutions. I have managed facility maintenance teams and led many purchases and installs of woodworking equipment. During that time, I gained in depth application knowledge and implemented many lean manufacturing strategies to help improve effectiveness and efficiencies. I am eager to share my knowledge with customers looking to grow and capitalize on emerging market trends and I’m glad to be a part of such a strong company like Biesse that is known for innovation and quality worldwide.

With over 3 decades of experience in the woodworking and panel processing industry, Tharp brings a wealth of knowledge to assist customers in finding the right solution to simplify their production. The last 20 years were spent in a leadership and management role.
