Biesse Group adds 10,000 sqft to its Charlotte Campus

With our business continuing to grow and new team members joining us, we are excited to announce Biesse Group has entered the next phase of our expansion plan for North America. Construction is well under way at our Charlotte Campus on a new 10,000 sqft state-of-the-art Business Center equipped with high tech meeting rooms and office space to support our growth and future development. It means more opportunities and increased productivity and efficiency within our organization. Upon completion in August 2021, this expansion brings the total square footage of our Charlotte Campus to 77,000 sqft. 

 

Since opening in America 32 years ago, Biesse Group has never stopped growing!

1989    Biesse Group opens in America. 

1999    Expansion 1 – New Parts and warehouse facility is added to continue improved delivery time to customers.

2015    Expansion 2 - Biesse Group launches Campus concept with the addition of an innovative new showroom and training center where customers can experience Biesse Group through seminars and training classes combined with technology and customized demonstrations on our machines.

2021    Expansion 3 - Our Newest Expansion, a 10,000 sqft Charlotte Campus Business Center to accommodate the growth of our team and streamline processes.

 

“The additional space achieved with our new Business Center gives us the opportunity to reorganize our offices and streamline processes, supporting a more efficient workflow to continue providing superior service to our customers,” Niki Kampiziones, COO for Biesse Group in America said. “Our existing building will now be converted into a new Customer Care Center. This facility will accommodate our growing service, parts and shipping teams together in a location with direct access to our substantial parts and machinery warehouse.” 

Randy Jamison, the Group’s CCO in America added, “Having the entire commercial team strategically positioned maximizes the opportunity for everyone to be completely aligned on business objectives as a team, as well as at departmental levels. Restructuring our office space not only improves efficiency but will improve opportunities for creative collaboration and knowledge sharing between departments, enriching our company culture, and ensuring we are providing our customers with the best support possible.”
