THE STRATEGY OF “BEST” TO CONTAIN COVID - BIESSE INDIA WAY

As a part of “BREAK”, we aim to break the chain of COVID-19 spread, the Company closed its operations voluntarily from April 24, 2021, to May 3, 2021. As a part of the “ENHANCE” approach, the Company vaccinated all employees with the age group of 45+ and executed the tie-up with healthcare providers to organize a vaccination drive at factory premises for employees & their family members on the availability of vaccines.  For “SANITIZE,” the Company educated all the employees to sanitize their houses and has been organizing the complete factory sanitization every week through an external expert. And, as a “TEST” approach, the Company made arrangements to test all employees for COVID-19 to facilitate the employees to handle the infection, if any at the early stage.

With the strategy of Biesse’s “BEST,” the Company has been safeguarding its most important capital of “HUMAN RESOURCES” by contributing to the society in the fight against COVID-19.
