1) "DEALER HUB" SERVICE / "DEALER CARE" Contract
Concerning the support tools provided to the User / Dealer for the service activity provided to END CUSTOMERS of Biesse
Currently, "Salesforce.com Italy S.r.l" is the third party that provides Biesse with services functional to the supply of the above mentioned Service/Contract, and the company that provides Biesse with the CRM software (and in particular the Salesforce Services - i.e. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter and Community - and the Marketing Cloud services). The data processor is Salesforce UK Limited (hereinafter "Salesforce.com"), while Salesforce.com Italy S.r.l. is the subprocessor.
