Parts is the new replacement parts web portal which allows users to navigate within a personalised account, providing access to all the information on purchases and enabling a replacement parts shopping cart to be submitted, and the progress of orders to be monitored. It is an easy-to-use, intuitive, efficient and fully-customised tool. The portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Through this channel, customers can submit a supply or order request, viewing the price and availability of the component in the warehouse. This multi-lingual and multi-platform tool can be perfectly integrated with the leading operating systems - specifically, iOS and Android - as well as on desktop and on smartphones or tablets, via the dedicated app.
