What is Total Care?
Total Care is an innovative package which provides you with:
- 5 year/10,000 hours warranty
- 5 year/10,000 hours planned maintenance every 1,000 hours or annually on some smaller models
- 5 year operator error cover
- 5 years ‘peace of mind’ though Total Finance
- Site survey.
- Off-loading and positioning
- Telephone support
- Remote diagnostics and support
Peace of mind
It was difficult deciding how much 5 years peace of mind is worth. So difficult in fact, that we decided not to charge anything and give it to you as standard.
It’s quite simple really and the benefits are applicable and equitable to both you and us:
5 year warranty is underwritten by Lloyds of London. This is based on our machine reliability statistics which proved to be not only acceptable but commercially viable.
The cost of ownership and risks normally associated with purchasing and operating capital plant are minimised. You don’t need to worry about maintenance or repair costs, leaving you to concentrate on ensuring the machine operates efficiently to generate income for your business.
Your investment is further enhanced by the higher residual value of the machine, due to having a full service history.
This aspect is also of tremendous importance to Biesse. At the end of your 5 year plan, should you decide to upgrade to a new machine, your current machine enters the second hand market with a known service history and reliability therefore protecting our reputation and brand.
Biesse’s technical history being classed as low risk by both Finance and Insurance organisations, further enhances customer loyalty.
