Biesse Wood Division employs experienced, trained technicians capable of providing the customer with fast, highly qualified support, thanks to careful planning of operations. Our field engineers also take an active part in the process of continual improvement to machines, thanks to the information collected in the field and to the proposed improvements brought to light by close knowledge of our customers and their working requirements. The hot line operators use innovative help desk equipment to allow rapid registration of calls, real-time checking of the state of current operations and display of all similar cases that have occurred on machines of the same type. Training is an essential activity to ensure that all technicians and operators using our machines are trained and kept up-to-date. Training operations take place at two separate times: during installation and testing of the machines and during specific courses organised by the Biesse Wood Division Training Centre in Pesaro. The Biesse Wood Division Spare Parts Department deals with post-sale spare parts management for all Wood Division brands. Widespread world coverage thanks to an extensive network of branches and authorised dealers ensures timely supply of the spare parts requested by the customer, a service department ready to solve any type of problem, and continuous, competent information on part characteristics and on how to consult the documentation supplied with the machine.
