This fall, Biesse will open our new state of the art: 22,800 square foot showroom and 6,000 square foot parts and components storage area. This will bring the total square footage for the Biesse America headquarters to 66,800!
“This new expansion will be devoted to a state of the art showroom fully equipped with Biesse machinery designed to host custom demonstrations, in-house events like our popular “Inside Biesse” and educational events,” said Federico Broccoli. "With a goal to exceed all known industry standards, we are increasing our spare parts warehouse, valued at an estimated 10 million dollars in the United States, to maintain and improve our guarantee to deliver 96% of parts on the same day and also investing in training projects across all technical areas."
This new facility serves as the West Coast service center, training facility and state of the art showroom packed with cutting edge machinery. Manufacturers on the West Coast now have the convenience of a local office for Biesse and Intermac where they will be able to receive hands-on machinery and software training, test-drives, exceptional support and exclusive Biesse Inside and Intermac Inside educational events.
“We are excited to open the new Biesse Group facility on the West Coast,” said Federico Broccoli. “We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and support to our customers. With local, experienced and well trained service and sales staff, we will be able to improve our support by delivering a quicker and more efficient response to requests.”
