Biesse technologies on display at Holz-Handwerk, 12 machines and an entire bLab area dedicated to software solutions, are the expression of the Think4ward concept, the new industrial revolution that will become "a real commitment towards our customers to take them to those efficiencies nowadays so essential" explains Federico Broccoli, Wood Division Director/Sales and Subsidiaries Division Director at Biesse. It is within the German trade fair in Nuremberg, mainly dedicated to solid wood processing, that the revolution comes to life, where "technology brings together the high output numbers seen in the assembly chain with the tailor-made value of artisan production" adds Jacek Pigorsch, CEO of Biesse Deutschland.
With the aim to guide our clients to become more competitive, Biesse has developed and displayed, in an exhibition space of 800 square meters, a wide range of technologies, starting from CNC machining centers to solutions for a perfect finishing, and many more. Rover A, Rover B FT and Rover C combine flexibility and performance allowing to manufacture furniture, staircase and door and window components with ease and no limits, ensuring quality, accuracy and total reliability. The Numeric-Control Multicentre Winline One is designed for the production of standard and custom door and window frames and aimed at small- and medium-sized firms and door/window frame producers. The edgebanding solutions, sharing the award-winning AirForce System technology, are perfect for craftsmen and small businesses that need an user-friendly and customised productions and flexible solutions: for them, Biesse presented Akron 1300, Akron 1400 and Stream A. Viet, specialized in perfect finishing, presented Opera 5, which combines flexibility and high levels of technology, and S1, the calibrating sanding machine specially designed to meet the needs of handcraft businesses. For drilling and insertion operations, the Brema Vektor 15-13 and Eko 2.1 vertical boring machines solutions are so flexible to satisfy even special components within large companies. Huge exhibition space is reserved to an advanced working cell: the cutting center Selco SK 4, characterized by ease of use and andvanced technical solutions like Twin Pusher, two complementary pushing devices which allows an increase in productivity by up to 25%, and Winstore K3 automated magazine for the optimised management of panels, guaranteeing production with reduced times and costs.
An entire area dedicated to Biesse software completes the wide range of technologies: bSuite enables users to design and implement very easily every need or desider, without any limits. A kind of competitiveness that is constantly confirmed and given to customers with the support of a wide European network of authorized dealers, to which Kuper, one of the main European suppliers of woodworking machinery was added. A valuable synergy that turns into real value for the customers to leverage the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
