Our manufacturing facility in Bangalore plays a major role in giving a high level of satisfaction and confidence with the spare parts support and a dedicated Hotline facility over the phone to troubleshoot and rectify the basic issues in the machines. Being a company that manufactures the state of the art woodworking machinery, our service engineers undergo rigorous training in our manufacturing and assembly lines and we enhance their skills and knowledge with periodic training programs in our headquarters in Italy.

Our spare parts stock in Bangalore along with our spare parts warehouses network can assure a prompt spare parts availability.
The Spares department manages the after-sales supply of spare parts for all the Biesse Group brands. Our service department ensures:

We, as you, believe in People’s skill development and education. At present we are providing fully dedicated training for operating our CNC machining centers and its managing software. Although training on the other conventional is generally given at customer’s premises, they can still opt to get trained in our facilities too.

The course curriculum is tailor made to give the operators the opportunity to "learn by doing", training courses are made of classroom lessons and a large number of practical activities. The operators are trained so as to be able to use the machine productively, "trouble shoot" smaller issues and maintain the machine periodically.

24x7 Service Support Portal

Biesse India has launched an exclusive 24x7 service support portal for its customers to troubleshoot / maintain their Biesse machines round the clock.
