Biessekaizen is also responsible for providing the training on Lean issues within the Biesse Group, with a series of modules that have the purpose of both transmitting concepts and also providing practical tools to work.
To date, the training proposal consists of the following modules:
- BIESSEKAIZEN ACADEMY (3 days)
- Layout Planning (3 days)
- Kaizen Basics (4 hours)
- Lean Production and Production Planning (The Beer Game) (4 hours)
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) e SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) (4 hours)
