Master 33-43 Twin are the new Intermac work centres equipped with an operating head with two spindles. This device significantly revolutionises the way in which we are accustomed to imagining work centres. In fact, if, on the one hand, this type of machine has always been known for maximum flexibility with which the different machining operations could be carried out, on the other, at times the same result could also be obtained by resorting to compromise in terms of productivity. With the double wheel operating head, the machining is carried out simultaneously by two wheels running along the same profile of the sheet. In this way, it is possible to increase productivity by up to 40%. Neither does the double wheel sacrifice flexibility. In fact, it is possible to exclude one of the two operating units and carry out the same operations as those performed by the Intermac work centres.
