The system of Corporate Governance in place at BIESSE S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is inspired and aims to achieve the standards contained in the new Code of Conduct for Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Code"). This system of corporate government aims to ensure open and transparent work of the Management and a timely disclosure of information for the market and for investors.

The adoption of just a model of Corporate Governance has involved, also in the light of the new normative, changes to the statute happened in the course of 2005/2006, adapting the internal dealing code and creating and new remunerate committee and the commettee of inspection.
