For new graduates their introduction into the company frequently begins with a period of work experience. This is a great opportunity to come face-to-face with the “real” world of work: to gain an entry to a corporate environment, to actively participate in a concrete business project and to contribute your own ideas.

Training is education

The Biesse Group pays particular attention to initial training and to subsequent training programmes. HR management, with the cooperation of the relevant line Managers, also organises intermediate meetings to monitor the state of progress of projects and the knowledge acquired during the period of work experience.

A thesis that speaks volumes

The Biesse Group offers final year students the opportunity of participating in work experience schemes or project work aimed at helping them complete their graduate theses. The company activity representing the subject of study for the thesis is identified on the basis of a study plan and the student’s specific interests. A tutor is appointed to follow the project through all its development stages.
